鯖魚洗淨,用廚紙印乾水後切半,備用。
- 用胡椒粉及鹽醃15分鐘。
- 將味醂、日本豉油、白酒及白砂糖拌勻備用。
- 用中火燒熱鍋,加少許油,加入煎熟, 魚皮朝下。
- 加入已拌勻的醬汁,反覆兩面煮至收汁。
氣炸鍋
- 洗一下,擦乾,對切成二塊。 劃刀,兩面抹一點鹽跟橄欖油。
- 直接放氣炸鍋內鍋裡,魚皮朝上,180度/12分鐘。 拉出來翻面,再3分鐘。 出爐!
